Craft

Our craft evenings are very relaxed and are lots of fun. We cover a wide range of topics from jewellery and card making to scrapbooking, so hopefully there’s something for everyone. At the moment we’ve been learning to scrapbook which has been a great success. The ladies have really enjoyed turning their photos into beautiful pages to either display on the wall or to put into an album. Next term we are hoping to adventure into glass and silk painting and another short course of Jewellery.

Meeting some lovely ladies, chilling out, amazing sense of achievement with every page

Tots in Tow

Each Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10am - 11:30am we meet together as Mums, Dads, Aunties, Grandads and Nanas with kids in tow. Come for a fresh cuppa and let your little ones play with their fellow tots. Each time is ended with a sing song of our favourite nursery rhymes.

Schools Work

We have good links with Belle Vue Infant and Junior schools (soon to be amalgamated as Belle Vue Primary School).

For 6 years we have been very involved in school life, from taking assemblies to providing after school sports clubs.

You never know what kind of assembly will come next, week after week. We have great fun and even get the teachers involved, as we look at X Factor, Britain’s got talent and many more whacky themes, but with a real biblical message which also includes KS 2 Citizenship.

Many of the children, who attend the school, come along to our many children’s programmes during the week at the Belle Vue Church. It’s a joy and delight to be a part of the school life in both of these schools.

Belle Vue School is very welcoming, and I always look forward to going into school and I can’t wait to come back for my next visit. The pupils and staff make the school what it is today - truly amazing. This is reflected in their recent Ofsted inspection report. The Children in school love to hear my whacky assemblies - and I love taking them
