It continues to be a real privilege to see the work of the Trust develop into new areas of the City and to receive the approval of both the voluntary and statutory sectors for our work. It is a real credit to the professionalism and dedication of the staff who have always been prepared to go the extra mile and place the needs of the community above their own.

This year each of the three divisions has expanded its influence and programmes and each, in their own field of specialisation, has actively sought to partner with key statutory and voluntary sector partners to ensure that a joined-up approach is maintained for the benefit of the community.

We continue with our theme of 'engaging the disengaged'. This is at the heart of our vision and the skills we are developing in this area are proving to be of benefit as a resource to other groups in the city. The coming year already includes significant expansion opportunities which are both very exciting and challenging. The need does not seem to diminish; if anything, it is increasing, which is why we value the support of every funder and prayer partner. We trust that we will prove competent to tackle the task before us.
